MossCare St. Vincent's Housing Group Limited is seeking an experienced Senior People Advisor on a fixed-term basis to support our People Team in Manchester.
You will deliver HR advice, coaching and guidance to managers, while leading on employee relations matters and organisational projects. You will work closely with the Head of People, manage recruitment and wellbeing initiatives, and engage with stakeholders across the organisation to drive change and continuous improvement.
