We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic EVP of Fun to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for party planning, pool parties, and clam bakes. The EVP of Fun will be responsible for organizing and executing company events, as well as coordinating team-building activities and social outings.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute company events, such as holiday parties, team-building exercises, and social outings
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure events run smoothly
- Manage budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors
- Identify new trends and ideas for events and activities
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and venues
- Coordinate logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and catering
- Ensure events are inclusive and accessible to all employees
- Manage any issues or concerns that arise during events
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in event planning, hospitality management, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in event planning, with a focus on pool parties and clam bakes
