Base pay range

Vintage Car Restoration Mechanical Engineer Machinist

(Actual pay based on skills and experience; discuss with recruiter.)

Responsibilities

• Strip, rebuild and modify vintage car engines to a high standard, including blueprinting and modifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings for mechanical sub-assemblies.
• Apply turning and milling skills where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience as a mechanical engineer working on vintage vehicles.
• Ability to strip and rebuild mechanical sub-assemblies to a very high standard.
• Reading ability for engineering drawings.
• Turning and milling skills an advantage.
