Purpose of the Role:

As the Shoot Producer, your primary purpose is to oversee the end-to-end logistical production of imagery across ecommerce, editorial, campaign still life, moving image, and video. This mid-level producer role works across all shoots, ecommerce and creative. Collaborating closely with the Art Director and the Shoot Operations team, you will lead initiatives to manage the workflow and project delivery efficiently, expanding into areas like negotiating with external vendors and maintaining quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage both the shoot schedule and content calendar for Brand team.
  • Oversee all internal (ecommerce/studio based) and produce all external (campaign, location, street, in-store, social) creatives.
  • Manage any external contracts and paperwork.
  • Collect project requirements, establish timelines, and determine necessary resources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand their goals and deliver creative solutions.
  • Facilitate communication among all involved teams to ensure smooth production.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets and trackers, and deadlines effectively.
  • Keep internal stakeholders updated and address their concerns regularly.
  • Manage shoot budgets and oversee crew invoicing, including authorisations and approvals ensuring that all expenditures are within budgetary constraints and accurately accounted for
  • Oversee digital operations on shoots including management of Capture One photo library software ensuring that all digital assets are captured, organised, and backed up.
  • Maintain strict timekeeping and target adherence on shoots, ensuring that timelines and objectives are met efficiently.
  • Work closely with various internal teams to ensure that all required assets are booked in and delivered on time and to brief/brand standards.
  • Manage/create/edit BTS videography on shoots, capturing behind-the-scenes content.
  • Perform post-production tasks, including video editing, colour correction and audio mixing.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Technical:

  • Proficient Capture One, Excel, PowerPoint, and data management spreadsheets
  • Content capture experience
  • Experience in using camera/video equipment, lighting setups, and editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Capcut or Photoshop.
  • Experience with complex photography and video projects: Including location and international shoots, showcasing adept project management.
  • Experience in budgeting and finance management: Demonstrated expertise in managing project finances.
  • Experience as a shoot producer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to capture and edit social content.
  • Knowledge in resource management and scheduling: Effective allocation and timing of project resources.
  • Understanding of critical path implementation: Insight into strategic project execution and timeline management.
