Our Commercial team is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager (f/m/d). Reporting directly to the VP Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for the definition and execution of the commercial strategy and operational tactics for our outbound and inbound pipeline generation motion. With broad access to Moss’ leadership teams, this is an exciting opportunity to shape Moss’ commercial vision and strategy and ultimately, our success.
Your Responsibilities
- xDR Operations Strategy – Acting as the right hand to our head of xDR, you will be responsible for jointly defining and executing the operational roadmap for the motion, working closely with other RevOps teams (data, systems, GTM, etc.). This includes developing and implementing processes that enhance sales development productivity, streamline operations, and align with broader business goals.
- Data-Driven Insights – You will analyze pipeline and sales data to identify trends, regularly report on performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to the commercial leadership team. You’ll also work closely with Finance and FP&A teams to set accurate budget, forecasts, targets, and commission plans.
- Process Optimisation – You will collaborate closely with sales leadership to refine sales processes, identify bottlenecks, and drive operational improvements. You'll ensure the right tools and technologies support the xDR team’s needs across all levels of the organisation, regularly assessing their effectiveness to continually increase productivity and automation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – You will partner with departments like Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, and Marketing to ensure alignment on go‑to‑market strategies and to streamline cross‑team workflows in order to optimise the customer journey E2E.
- Reporting & Communication – You will manage regular and ad‑hoc business performance reports, presentations, and meetings to keep the Executive Team and other key stakeholders informed of performance and key strategic initiatives.
About You
You will need the following experience and qualifications to succeed in this role:
- Proven experience in a Revenue or Sales Operations role, with a particular focus on sales process excellence within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Robust data analytics skills.
- Knowledge of SQL and Metabase (or equivalent BI tool) a very strong plus.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft and other commonly used commercial tools in the xDR space.
- Fluency in English (C1).
