We’re now hiring a Senior Product Designer to take the lead in our Acquisition tribe, driving our self-serve motion and shaping first-touch experiences across the entire user lifecycle. This is a Growth role with a strong focus on enabling scalable product-led acquisition. You’ll be instrumental in designing seamless entry points into our product, unlocking new user segments and expanding our customer base.
Your Responsibilities
Here’s what you can expect in this role:

  • Lead design for product acquisition and self-serve flows that directly impact customer sign-ups, onboarding, and early activation.
  • Identify high-impact growth opportunities by leveraging user research, behavioral data, funnel analysis, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Design and iterate on intuitive, conversion-optimized experiences across web-based surfaces – from landing pages to in-product entry points.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, Sales and Data Analysts to bring your ideas to life and validate their effectiveness.
  • Bring a user-centric mindset to every stage of the design process while driving business outcomes.
  • Shape the strategic direction of our growth and acquisition initiatives, balancing short-term experimentation with long-term design vision.
  • Collaborate closely with the entire design team to ensure a high quality, consistent and intuitive user experience.

About You
We believe these experiences and capabilities are critical for success:

  • Strong end-to-end design proficiency with a focus on web-based UI/UX, with ands-on experience designing conversion flows, onboarding, or self-serve experience, ideally in a PLG environment.
  • Prior experience in a B2B SaaS setting with measurable business impact and comfortable working with data and experimentation, including A/B testing and funnel optimization.
  • Fluency in English (German is a plus, not a requirement).
