We are looking for a Senior PR & Social Media Manager to shape how Moss shows up in culture, conversation and the media.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a strategic thinker who can move confidently from long-range planning and senior stakeholder counsel to excellent day-to-day execution. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and leading one direct report, you will develop and deliver an integrated PR, organic and paid social, influencer and talent strategy that builds brand fame, strengthens reputation, grows engaged communities and drives traffic and commercial performance across store and site.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially-minded communications professional who enjoys translating culture and product into distinctive, social-first storytelling within a fast-moving, modern menswear brand.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Owning an insight-led PR, organic and paid social, influencer and talent strategy aligned to Moss's brand, customer and commercial objectives.
  • Translating business priorities into an annual roadmap and seasonal, social-first micro-campaigns across key channels including Instagram and TikTok.
  • Leading proactive communications across fashion, lifestyle, consumer, retail and corporate media to build Moss's authority in modern menswear.
  • Owning press office activity, including media enquiries, pitching, product seeding, spokesperson briefing and influencer outreach.
  • Planning and delivering press days, launches, previews and influencer activations end to end.
  • Building and maintaining a strong network of journalists, editors, stylists, creators and cultural partners.
  • Owning the organic social strategy and editorial calendar, and the paid social strategy in partnership with media specialists.
  • Setting clear KPIs and measurement frameworks, reporting performance and recommendations to the Head of Marketing and Senior Leadership Team.
  • Leading, coaching and developing one direct report.

What We're Looking For

  • Significant experience leading integrated PR, organic and paid social strategies, in-house or agency-side, ideally within fashion, retail or lifestyle.
  • An established, active network of PR contacts across UK menswear, fashion and lifestyle media.
  • Strong experience of influencer marketing, with established relationships across creators, talent and cultural partners.
  • Proven experience planning and delivering press, influencer and brand events.
  • A track record of building brand reputation and growing engaged social communities.
  • Experience managing people, agencies and meaningful budgets.
  • Strong analytical and commercial capability, with the ability to set KPIs and demonstrate ROI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to advise senior leaders.

About You

You are a creative, culturally curious communicator who is calm and pragmatic under pressure, with meticulous attention to detail and the judgement to manage sensitive or fast-moving situations.

You are a collaborative, low-ego leader who builds trust, develops others, and enjoys turning brand and cultural insight into distinctive, commercially effective PR and social activity.
