This role is part of the Revenue Operations team and focuses on building and administering the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales & Service Cloud solutions, to support Moss\’s customer acquisition, PLG, CX setup, and revenue efforts.ResponsibilitiesSalesforce administration: provide comprehensive administration of our Salesforce and pricing/billing ecosystem, follow Salesforce best practices, and ensure system scalability for future growth.Technical Support & Optimisation: monitor system performance, resolve bugs, implement necessary fixes/updates, and collaborate with end users.Revenue System design & build: design and implement Salesforce UX/UI, workflow automations, integrations with third-party apps, and internal systems.Cross-Departmental Collaboration: gather and analyze commercial requirements, translate them into strong implementations, and collaborate with engineering teams.Revenue Technology Champion: act as gatekeeper, thought-partner, and subject matter expert for revenue technology, engaging with internal stakeholders and vendors.About You — Experience & QualificationsProven experience administering Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud and broader revenue tool stacks, ideally in a B2B SaaS context.
