Our Growth team is seeking a Sales Development Representative (f/m/d) to support our rapidly growing inbound sales motion. You will be instrumental in converting, qualifying and advising leads, ensuring Finance leaders engaging with Moss have a high-value, consultative first experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success—perfect for someone who is commercially curious, passionate about engaging with prospects, and eager to help shape a high-impact function in its early stages. You’ll be coached and supported by a high-performing team and empowered to drive improvements in how we engage with inbound demand from top to bottom of the funnel.

Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads, respond to buying signals, run targeted qualification, and guide leads toward the next step in the sales process.
- Deliver value from the first interaction by demonstrating strong product understanding and tailoring conversations to each lead’s context.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a smooth and high-quality handover of qualified opportunities into the sales cycle.
