Purpose of the Role: In the Merchandising Admin Assistant role, your main job is to oversee the delivery process and ensure that products necessary for sales are available on the shop floor as planned. You will collaborate with the Buying team, Suppliers, and the Distribution Centre team. Your tasks will include monitoring stock through the manufacturing process, providing administrative support to the Merchandising team, managing delivery schedules, performing specialised analyses for inventory management, and assisting in creating size assessments for purchase orders. This is a 12-month FTC role starting early July, and our hybrid policy requires a minimum of 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Buying team and Suppliers to monitor stock through the manufacturing process, ensuring smooth progression and quality control.
- Provide consistent administrative support to the Merchandising team, aiding in their daily tasks and operational needs.
- Work with the DC team to manage delivery schedules and oversee the critical path, ensuring products arrive on time.
- Perform regular specialized analyses to support inventory management and buying decisions, adapting strategies based on insights.
- Assist in creating size assessments and determining size scales for purchase orders, guided by the Merchandiser's expertise.

- Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with complex data analysis, utilising advanced analytical skills to interpret and leverage data insights.
