  • Acting as a first point of contact for HR-related queries from colleagues, managers and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring data integrity within the HR system.
  • Managing contract changes, probation administration and family-friendly leave documentation.
  • Supporting payroll processes by ensuring accurate colleague information is provided in a timely manner.
  • Producing HR reports and providing administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.

  • Managing the HR inbox and ensuring enquiries are responded to within agreed service levels.
  • Supporting the delivery and promotion of the Moss Way culture across the organisation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in an HR Administration, HR Assistant or similar people support role.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle administration.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage with colleagues at all levels.
  • Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach to problem solving.

About You

You will be an organised and enthusiastic HR professional who enjoys delivering excellent service and supporting colleagues across the business.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in getting the details right, and are comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with employee-facing support. Most importantly, you bring a positive, collaborative approach and a genuine passion for people and delivering a great employee experience.
