As the Branch Merchandising Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for efficiently distributing merchandise to 100+ stores across the UK and Ireland. You will support retail stores, area managers, and the branch merchandising team to ensure products are delivered to the right places at the right time. Additionally, you will assist the Assistant Marketplace Merchandiser in identifying trading opportunities and coordinating timely product launches on our marketplaces and wholesale channels. Your contribution will optimise inventory management, enhance store performance, and drive online sales growth.
Purpose of the Role:- Provide comprehensive administrative support for both the marketplace and branch merchandising functions, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across multiple channels.
- Timely set up and manage smart sheets to launch our products on partner platforms, ensuring accurate and consistent product information and optimising visibility and sales potential.
- Monitor and review third-party platforms to ensure proper listing, positioning, and representation of our products, promptly addressing any discrepancies or issues.
- Assist in sales and stock analysis by collecting and analysing relevant data, providing valuable insights for key trading decisions and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to compile product catalogues for partners, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and partner requirements, and overseeing the selection of samples for partner marketing campaigns.
- Manage the running of weekly reporting processes, gathering and analysing data to provide actionable insights and facilitate decision-making.
- Regularly check and communicate the allocation status of daily intake into the warehouse, ensuring efficient stock management and timely distribution to stores.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with Area Managers and Store Managers, serving as a reliable point of contact for store opportunities, queries, and support.
- Assist with stock pushes for key events and priority stores, coordinating the allocation and distribution of merchandise to maximise sales potential and meet customer demand.
- Conduct store visits to ensure proper execution of merchandising strategies, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Higher education degrees or equivalent certifications in merchandising or related fields, demonstrating a strong foundation of knowledge and expertise in the discipline.
- Exceptionally strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, conduct thorough analysis, and derive actionable insights.
- Proven capability to establish positive working relationships swiftly, fostering effective collaboration with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Proficient in managing a diverse workload and adapting to changing priorities.
- A proactive and optimistic 'can-do' attitude, coupled with a genuine eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with intermediate-level skills preferred, enabling efficient data manipulation, reporting, and modelling tasks.
