We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified GP (within 2 years of CCT) to join our friendly, well-established team at Moss Healthcare. Based in the heart of the beautiful spa town of Harrogate, our practice serves a growing population of over 20,000 patients. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, patient-centred care within a collaborative, supportive and innovative environment. You will work as an autonomous practitioner delivering high-quality clinical care, while benefiting from the support of an experienced and approachable team. We are particularly interested in candidates with - or who are keen to develop - a special interest in women's health.
Main duties of the job
- Provide a full range of GP consultations: Face-to-face, Telephone and digital consultations, Online/triage systems
- Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centred care
- Manage both acute presentations and long-term conditions
- Promote health education, prevention, and self-care
- Support patients with family planning and sexual health needs
- Work collaboratively within the MDT to deliver integrated care
- Participate in triage and duty doctor roles on a rota basis
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in SystmOne

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of general practice consultations, including face-to-face appointments, telephone and online consultations, Triage through Accurx and home visits.
- Manage both urgent and routine presentations for registered and non-registered patients
- Contribute to and support chronic disease management programmes
- Provide safe, effective, and evidence-based clinical care
- Work collaboratively to achieve and maintain QOF targets
- Actively contribute to weekly multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings
- Liaise with external agencies, voluntary organisations, and the wider healthcare team
- Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives
- Support the ongoing development and innovation of practice services
