We’re looking for an AI Operations Associate to help drive AI adoption across our teams through hands‑on execution. This is an execution‑ary role focused on applying AI in day‑to‑day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with teams across the business to identify and implement AI‑driven improvements to workflows.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand current processes and define what an AI‑enabled version could look like.
  • Build and deploy solutions (e.g. automations, AI agents, prompt workflows) using tools like Claude, n8n and other AI platforms.
  • Support teams in adopting AI tools effectively, including hands‑on guidance and enablement.
  • Act as a builder within teams, helping redesign how work gets done with AI embedded from the start.
  • Ship fast, high‑impact AI projects where results are visible immediately, not months from now.

Example project

Partnering with the Finance team to define and implement what an AI‑enabled month‑end close period looks like.

About you

  • Background in AI‑focused education (courses, certifications, or hands‑on training), with a strong understanding of how to apply AI tools in practical, real‑world contexts.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI to build, ship, and transform work in prior teams or projects.
  • No requirement to be a strong coder, but experience with technical curiosity and fluency using AI tools natively in your day‑to‑day work (Claude, ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.).
