Role Purpose
As a Sales Associate, you are an ambassador of Mossβs Keystone Habit - Exceptional Customer Service. You deliver results through the Moss Way, which combines:

Key Responsibilities
- Commercial β Contribute to the achievement of ATV, UPT, and conversion by delivering customer service excellence.

- Operational Tasks β Keep the shop floor tidy, well-stocked and visually appealing at all times. Support with replenishment, size checks and keeping displays in line with visual guidelines.
- Teamwork β Work closely with your team to ensure smooth daily operations. Be a positive and reliable team player, always ready to support and contribute.
- Learning & Development β Take on training and feedback with enthusiasm. Build your knowledge of product, trends, commercial KPIβs and embrace the Moss Way, growing your confidence in the role.

What Youβll Need to Succeed

Experience Needed
No previous retail experience is required β just a positive attitude and willingness to learn and most importantly a curiosity around the Moss brand and spirit.
