We are seeking a proactive and responsible Play Cafe Key Holder to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be entrusted with opening and closing the café, ensuring smooth daily operations, and providing exceptional customer service. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with leadership experience and strong organisational skills to contribute to a welcoming environment for families and children. Duties after training:

  • Open and close the café, ensuring all security protocols are followed
  • Supervise daily operations, including staff management and customer service
  • Oversee the safety and cleanliness of the play area, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Assist with merchandising, maintaining attractive displays to enhance customer experience
  • Handle administrative tasks such as stock management and reporting
  • Support team members with training and guidance as needed
  • Address customer inquiries promptly via phone or in person
  • Promote a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and customer satisfaction

Working hours will mostly be 8am - 4pm. Weekends will be pro rata. The starting pay rate is while training, key holder rate will be negotiated depending on experience. The contract will be 8 hours however more hours will be available once fully trained and confident. Please do not apply if you only want weekend work.
