We're looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and professional who can manage customer communication while handling basic office tasks behind the scenes. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same.

What You'll Do

  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with services, pricing, and scheduling
  • Handle customer questions, concerns, and service requests professionally
  • Follow up with leads and existing customers
  • Communicate with technicians to keep schedules running smoothly
  • Enter and manage customer information accurately in our system

Plus basic office responsibilities:

  • Filing and organizing paperwork
  • Processing payments and handling simple administrative tasks
  • Keeping the office clean, organized, and running efficiently
  • Assisting with day-to-day operations as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication skills (clear, confident, and professional)
  • Organized and detail-oriented (this matters a lot)
  • Comfortable talking with customers and guiding conversations
  • Able to handle a fast-paced environment without getting overwhelmed
  • Willing to handle both customer-facing work and basic office tasks
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus)
  • High School Diploma or GED required
