We serve authentic Japanese food with typically Japanese attentive service. Our sushi chefs create dishes from fresh local ingredients, and we pay particular attention to the marine environment by choosing ethically caught fish. The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys attending to customer's needs, have an interest in food and food–related issues and enjoy working in a small, friendly, high-paced team.
