Hamilton School in Reading is seeking a proactive SEND Manager to coordinate administrative and operational SEND processes, including annual reviews and EHCP administration, while ensuring compliance and high standards of provision.
You will line manage up to four teaching assistants, liaise with parents and external agencies, and contribute to continuous improvement of SEND provision across the school and Maiden Erlegh Trust partners.
