Story Wood School is seeking a dedicated SENCo and Inclusion Lead to shape our inclusive vision and lead SEND provision. You will work with SLT to plan interventions, map provision, and drive improvements while overseeing safeguarding as the DSL and maintaining safeguarding records.
You will guide consultations, support staff with inclusive teaching, and ensure EHCP targets are met in line with statutory guidance. Collaboration with families, staff, and external agencies is essential.
