We require a Seasonal Lettings Operative within the Cricket Pavilion area within the school grounds, someone with a professional outlook, to provide an effective, efficient and welcoming service for all clients using the facilities at Moseley School and Sixth Form. This role is initially offered on a temporary basis to cover the cricket season, running from 1 April 2026 to 30 September 2026.
Schedule
The role requires coverage during the following operating hours:
- Monday to Friday: 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Working days may be allocated flexibly to meet operational requirements; however, employees will be required to work a minimum of three days per week. Where appropriate, a rota system can be implemented to alternate working days on a weekly basis. Additional hours may be available as overtime, subject to operational requirements.
Requirements
The successful candidates will be capable of working within safe codes of conduct and implementing emergency requirements. You will need to hold a current valid Emergency First Aid certificate or be willing to gain this qualification. Experience of customer service is essential as you will be dealing with visitors to the site.
