Position located at Heathfield Primary School, part of the Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mentoring to pupils, focusing on their personal and academic development.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to create a supportive learning environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to help pupils overcome barriers to learning.
- Support whole school behaviour, attendance and safeguarding efforts.
- Monitor and report on pupils' progress, ensuring they receive necessary support.
