The Role
We are looking for a React / Node Full Stack Engineer to help us design, build, and maintain software solutions for logistics businesses. This is a hands-on full-stack role covering both front-end and back-end development. You will work on user interfaces, APIs, integrations, server-side logic, and data flows between different business systems. You will be involved in building practical tools that support automation, system connectivity, and operational efficiency, while working closely with the team to solve customer problems in a clear and effective way.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain web applications using React, Node.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Develop clean, responsive, and user-friendly front-end interfaces.
- Design and implement back-end services, APIs, and server-side logic.
- Work with integrations between different business systems and external platforms.
- Support the handling, validation, and movement of structured data between systems.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise application performance.
- Contribute to technical decisions around architecture, scalability, and maintainability.
- Follow best practices around code quality, security, testing, and documentation.
- Work independently in a remote environment while collaborating closely with the wider team.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with React and modern front-end development.
- Proven experience with Node.js and back-end web development.
- Good understanding of full-stack application architecture.
- Experience working with APIs, databases, and system integrations.
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ideally TypeScript.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand business requirements and turn them into practical technical solutions.
