Website project management
- Manage website projects from initial brief and scoping through development, testing, client approval, launch and handover.
- Maintain project plans, actions and deadlines, ensuring the process is clearly understood.
- Review work during development and coordinate testing, amendments and client feedback.
- Ensure websites meet the agreed brief and appropriate standards for usability, accessibility, search visibility and performance.
- Coordinate ongoing website improvements, maintenance and development requirements.
- Maintain clear records of project decisions, agreed changes and client approvals.
PPC and paid digital campaigns
- Plan, manage and optimise PPC campaigns, particularly across Google Ads, in line with client objectives and agreed budgets.
- Review campaign structures, targeting, keywords, search terms, bidding, creative and landing‑page performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor budgets and performance closely and make informed adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Carry out account reviews and audits and develop clear recommendations and action plans.
- Work with colleagues and clients to develop effective campaign messaging, creative and landing pages.
- Use analytics and conversion data to understand campaign performance and demonstrate the impact of activity.
- Keep up to date with developments across paid search, advertising platforms, automation and AI‑assisted campaign management.

- Develop and manage practical SEO strategies and activity plans for client accounts.
- Carry out keyword research, competitor analysis, website audits and search‑performance reviews.
- Identify opportunities to improve website content, structure, internal linking, metadata and overall organic visibility.
- Monitor organic search performance and translate data into clear priorities and actions.
- Help clients improve their visibility not only in traditional search engines but also within AI‑powered search and generative platforms.
- Develop Mosaic’s approach to GEO/AI search as the landscape evolves, testing practical techniques and sharing learning with colleagues.
- Keep abreast of search‑engine developments, algorithm changes and emerging AI‑search behaviours.
Measurement, reporting and optimisation
- Use appropriate analytics and reporting tools to monitor website, PPC and organic search performance.
- Produce clear client reports which explain what has happened, why it matters and what should happen next.
- Identify trends, issues and opportunities and turn them into practical recommendations.
- Contribute insight to regular client reviews and future digital strategy.
Essential skills and experience
- Around three to five years’ relevant digital marketing experience, ideally within an agency or similarly varied client‑facing environment.
- Demonstrable experience managing multiple client accounts, projects and priorities.

- Commercial awareness and an understanding of budgets, scope, deadlines and client expectations.
- A proactive, organised and collaborative approach, with strong attention to detail.
