- Provide an exceptional candidate experience, from initial contact through to offer discussion.
- Drive offer management and ensure a seamless candidate-to-hire process.
What you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 3+ years in a high-growth tech startup environment.
- Proven experience recruiting technical roles in a B2B SaaS company.
- Hands-on experience with recruiting in EMEA markets.
- Strong understanding of recruiting for fast-paced environments with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
