We are seeking a hardworking and driven individual with superb energy and passion to drive new business acquisition in the UKI Enterprise Division at Verkada. This Enterprise Development Representative role is an 18-month program designed to fast-track entry-level sales professionals into world-class Mid-Market Account Executives at Verkada. This role will be based in our London office at Old Street roundabout.

What You'll Do
- Hit expectations of cold-calls, emails, LinkedIn Sales Navigator Messages and qualified meetings generated.
- Work closely with your assigned UKI Enterprise Account Executive by providing accurate lead distribution and thorough discovery; generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities by positioning the value of Verkada.
- Prospect, qualify, follow up and educate a high volume of cold leads.
- Understand and uncover prospects' needs and business problems to effectively communicate how Verkada can solve them.
- Use Verkada tech stack and sales enablement tools according to Verkada standards; provide metrics on leads.
- Establish connections with potential customers within the technical realm and collaborate with colleagues across different functions.
- Collaborate in a dynamic team environment, adapt to changes while creating high-quality opportunities and revenue growth.
- Understand sales cycles and required qualification criteria.
- Have the knack for grasping complex business environments, figuring out what bugs customers, sorting out process hiccups, and turning needs into new business opportunities.

- At least 1 year of professional experience (any industry, sales preferred).
- Proven success meeting and exceeding goals during professional experience.
