The Opportunity
Our workplace loans product is the highest‑growth part of the Stream business. Since launch in early 2024 we have saved our members >£15m in lower interest fees, while providing a unique personal loan product with a market‑leading NPS of >80. This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, analytics, and credit. You’ll own and evolve organic growth campaigns delivered through the Stream app, using data, experimentation, and thoughtful customer segmentation to drive applications balanced against the overall customer experience of the Stream app and the needs of other products. This is a high‑impact role with real ownership. You’ll have clear metrics and goals, and your work will have clear, tangible and immediate member value. You’ll work closely with senior product, growth and credit leaders and be mentored by one of the strongest performers in the team.
What will you be doing?
- Build, run, and optimise in‑app and email growth campaigns that drive credit applications
- Design and manage customer segmentation to deliver the right message to the right user at the right time
- Use SQL and BI tools to analyse performance, build dashboards, and self‑serve insights
- Continuously test, iterate, and improve campaign effectiveness and customer experience
- Balance growth performance with long‑term engagement and risk
- Collaborate closely with Credit, Product, and Growth stakeholders
What experience might you have? (But if you’re close… we’d still love to talk to you!)
- 2+ years in growth or performance marketing roles and/or credit marketing roles
- Analytical or quantitative background, e.g. STEM degree
- Evidence of delivering ongoing and sustained improvement in organic and paid marketing channels through multi‑variant testing, audience segmentation and creative iteration
- Familiarity with tools and strategies for driving customer acquisition and retention
- Strong skills in data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness, optimise strategies, and understand customer behaviours
- Previous experience in B2C digital businesses and/or fast‑paced scale‑up environments
- Fintech experience valued but not essential
- Ideally some exposure to SQL

Working Policy
We operate a hybrid policy with a requirement of three days a week in the London office.
Salary
From £50,000 – 70,000 (dependent on experience), plus equity and benefits.
