Role Description
The MOSAIC SURGICAL Operations Assistant Role is a varied position.
Key responsibilities include:
- Customer Service - liaising with customers, processing customer orders, invoicing customers
- Stock management, including stock takes, maintaining stock traceability, checking goods in
- Monthly Reporting
- Support the Quality and Regulatory Managers with administrative work
- Conducting research and compiling data upon request
The ideal candidate will have:
- Be a Team Player with a positive can‑do attitude
- Computer Literate – Microsoft 365
Previous experience in healthcare, medical devices, or a regulated industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
Hours
Monday to Friday
9.30- 2.30 (actual working hours negotiable)
This role is office‑based on‑site with NO Hybrid working. You must be able to work in the Head office in Cressex, High Wycombe.
