We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Weekend Lifeguard to start as soon as possible at our leisure club located at Kelling Heath Holiday Park in North Norfolk. You will enjoy working with people and possess excellent standards of customer care. You will offer a warm and friendly welcome to leisure club users, and enjoy being able to make a difference to our guests and members throughout the club.
The responsibilities of a Lifeguard include:
- Carrying out reception duties including taking membership enquiries;
- Meeting and greeting members and holiday park guests;
- Pool lifeguarding;
- Be committed to ensuring high standards of cleanliness throughout the leisure club;
- Working effectively as part of a team to ensure a friendly, fun and safe environment for members, guests and colleagues.

The possession of a current Pool Lifeguard Qualification is essential in order that the successful candidate is able to commence as soon as possible. Candidates will be asked to perform a swimming assessment as part of the interview process.
The hours are part time and primarily weekends; seasonal work will also be available during school / college holidays when hours will be part of a 7-day shift rota. In addition to providing extensive training and the potential for career progression, other benefits include the use of club facilities, discounts on spa treatments at spas within the Mosaic group, discounted meals, free parking, as well as commission on membership sales.
