Mosaic Schools Learning Trust is seeking to appoint an outstanding Executive Headteacher to provide strategic leadership across a group of schools. Reporting to the CEO, you will drive school improvement, champion high-quality teaching and learning, and support Headteachers to secure the best possible outcomes for all pupils. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering the Trust’s educational strategy, building leadership capacity and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and inclusion.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced senior leader with head teacher or equivalent experience and a proven track record of improving outcomes across multiple settings to join our inclusive Trust. You will have strong expertise in curriculum, pedagogy and data-informed school improvement.
