Mosaic Schools Learning Trust is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Finance Manager to play a key role in delivering strong financial management across our schools. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will lead on budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and compliance, ensuring best value and long-term financial sustainability for the Trust.

You will work closely with senior leaders, providing clear financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making, managing payroll and procurement, supporting audits, and developing efficient financial systems and processes. This role also offers the opportunity to contribute to income generation and grant applications, and to mentor and support finance staff across the Trust.

We are looking for someone with strong experience in finance (ideally within education), excellent analytical and communication skills, and a proactive, professional approach.
