Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of regulatory professionals, overseeing project allocation and team resourcing.
2. Conduct appraisals, provide mentoring, and deliver training within the regulatory department.
3. Manage regulatory projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards.
4. Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project duration, focusing on enhancing satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
5. Collaborate with internal colleagues to deliver comprehensive product development services.
6. Offer strategic guidance to clients on product development and regulatory approval.
7. Prepare project quotations, negotiate contract details, and ensure accurate project invoicing.
8. Drive new business opportunities and contribute to process enhancements within the organization.
