The Role
We are recruiting for a Temporary Customer Service Administrator to support a busy team on an immediate start basis through to the end of March. This role will suit someone confident on the phone, patient, and technically capable, with the ability to support users through online systems and resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide telephone and email support to users completing online assessments
- Assist with technical issues including logging on, navigating the platform, and system access problems
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues calmly and professionally
- Proactively chase technicians to ensure mandatory assessments are completed within required timeframes
- Accurately update systems and records with progress and outcomes
- Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times
