We are currently seeking a professional HR Advisor to offer additional support with a HR Team. The role requires a HR generalist who is confident dealing with employee relations and supporting managers by offering advice and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advice and guidance to managers on HR policies and procedures.
- Support disciplinary, grievance, absence, and capability processes.
- Assist with investigations and prepare documentation for hearings.
- Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
- Produce HR documentation including contracts, letters, and amendments.
- Support HR projects as required.
- Assist with organisational change or restructuring processes.
- Provide HR data and reports to management.
Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications
- Experience working in an HR Advisor or HR Officer role.
- Confident dealing with employee relations cases.
- Competent advising managers on HR matters.
- Familiar with HR systems and processes.
- Up to date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards (desirable).
- Understanding of HR policies and procedures.
