We have a brilliant opportunity for an immediately available Experienced Management Accountant to support a Financial Controller and the wider business. The successful candidate could be Qualified/Part Qualified or QBE but will have had extensive experience producing a set of Management Accounts. They will also be an intermediate to advanced user of Excel and have experience with Sage. Duties: Assisting the Financial Controller with preparing the monthly management accounts, including preparing analysis for prepayments, accruals and FA depreciation Close working relationship / supervision of Accounts Payable function to ensure integrity of cut off for accruals / prepayments Nominal and Balance Sheet Reconciliations Departmental cost analysis and reporting Daily and Monthly sales analysis Daily Customer Invoicing Assisting with month end client reporting and invoicing Variance analysis to budget with detailed reporting Assisting the Finance team with Credit Control and customer account queries Working with the Finance team and documenting accounts processes and procedures Experience, qualifications and knowledge: Full or Part- Qualified (CIMA or ACCA) Previous \’Management Accounting\’ experience Experience with Sage 50/200 and Order wise Experience working with corporate reporting Advanced Excel user with the ability to manipulate data in spreadsheets and use standard functions (Vlookups/Pivots etc) Excellent communication and analytical skills Confident and innovative approach Can work using initiative Positive team player Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in your work Proactive and able to work under pressure Benefits: On-site parking Company socials 25 days holiday (Pro-rata) \’Birthday Club\’.
