Our client is a fast growing Managed Service Provider specialising in Managed IT Services, Business Communications for businesses across the UK. The business is now looking to appoint an experienced Interim Head of Finance / Financial Controller to support the board and wider team across day to day finance operations, cash management, process improvement and multi entity bookkeeping.

Role Overview

This role has been created to bring greater structure, consistency and visibility to the finance function during a period of continued growth. The immediate focus will be to strengthen day to day finance operations, bring bookkeeping across the group entities up to date, improve cash visibility, and ensure the business has accurate and timely management information. This is a hands on role suited to someone commercially pragmatic, organised and comfortable operating in a growing SME environment where cash is actively managed and profits are largely reinvested into the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day to day finance operations including accounts payable and receivable
  • Manage cash flow and forecasting
  • Implement process improvements
