Are you a technically strong accountant who is fluent in German and enjoys working in an international environment? We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to take ownership of the accounting, statutory reporting, tax compliance and financial control activities for a portfolio of Swiss legal entities within a global organisation. This role is initially offered on a fixed term contract basis, with the intention of becoming a permanent position for the right individual.
Based in London, you will act as the primary finance contact for Switzerland, working closely with Shared Service Centres, local management teams, external auditors and tax advisors to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with both local and group requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional who enjoys operating in a complex international environment and partnering with stakeholders across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial results for Swiss legal entities.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual close activities, including review of balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Prepare and review statutory financial statements and reporting.
