As the business continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Management Accountant Accounting Team Lead to support the finance function, improve financial visibility and provide day-to-day leadership to a small finance team. Role Overview This is a hands-on role responsible for management accounting, team leadership, credit control oversight, cashflow management and process improvement. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the finance function operates efficiently, producing accurate and timely financial information whilst supporting the wider business with commercial insight and financial control. This role would suit an experienced Management Accountant, Finance Team Leader or Accounting Team Lead who enjoys working in a growing SME environment and is comfortable balancing operational accounting responsibilities with team management and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Management Accounting Reporting Prepare monthly management accounts, including profit loss, balance sheet and cashflow reporting.
