About the role: The Sales Administrator provides administrative support to the external field sales team, ensuring the smooth processing of multiple sales orders, customer enquiries, and sales-related documentation. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating communications with customers, and assisting in achieving sales objectives through efficient administrative processes. Your responsibilities: Sales Support Business Development Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner Provide day-to-day administrative support for the external sales team with customer enquiries, order management and administrative support Where applicable, provide pricing information to customers at order placement Recommend new and existing product lines to support customer growth initiatives Analyse lost and lapsed product lines to actively encourage customers to order these and advise external sales team accordingly Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective c...
