A fast-growing PM firm in London is searching for a talented Building Surveyor to join their close-knit team. Responsibilities
- Take on a variety of professional and project-based building surveying instructions
- Lead contract admin, prepare specifications, and manage tender processes
- Conduct condition, defect, measured, and damp & mould surveys with precision
- Advise clients on design, maintenance, refurbishment, and remediation solutions
- Produce clear, actionable reports and recommendations
- Build lasting client relationships and represent the consultancy with professionalism
Qualifications
- Degree in Building Surveying (or related field)
- MRICS qualified or on the path to chartership
- 2–5 years’ experience in a consultancy environment
- Proven ability to identify and report on damp and mould issues (a strong plus)
- Broad technical expertise across sectors and project types
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple projects with ease
- Commercially aware, collaborative, and solutions-oriented
