A fast-growing PM firm in London is searching for a talented Building Surveyor to join their close-knit team. What you\’ll do: Take on a variety of professional and project-based building surveying instructions
Lead contract admin, prepare specifications, and manage tender processes
Conduct condition, defect, measured, and damp & mould surveys with precision
Advise clients on design, maintenance, refurbishment, and remediation solutions
Produce clear, actionable reports and recommendations
Build lasting client relationships and represent the consultancy with professionalism
What we\’re looking for: Degree in Building Surveying (or related field)
MRICS qualified or on the path to chartership
2–5 years\’ experience in a consultancy environment
Proven ability to identify and report on damp and mould issues (a strong plus)
Broad technical expertise across sectors and project types
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple projects with ease
Commercially aware, collaborative, and solutions-oriented
