Mosaic-Pub- is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations across rosters, ordering, stock control and menu management. You will train junior chefs and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety while delivering exceptional food and service.
In this role you will work closely with the FOH team to ensure a cohesive dining experience, participate in recruitment where needed, and help manage allergens and inventory to uphold quality across all kitchen
