Set over two floors with a large outdoor space, the gorgeous venue features stylish interiors, an impressive frontage and remarkable river views. Complimented by a light and airy interior, The Oystercatcher offers an open-concept, all‑inclusive space.
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waiting / Bar Staff. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering excellent service, ensuring our customers have a positive and enjoyable experience from the moment they walk in the door. Key Responsibilities- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages to customers with attention to detail.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries about the menu.
- Process payments and manage cash/credit transactions.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Create cocktails, handle drink orders, and ensure the bar area is stocked and clean.
- Interact with customers in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner.
- Monitor customer intoxication levels and serve responsibly.
- Assist in keeping the bar area organized and well‑stocked.
- Experience in a hospitality role (waiting or bar staff) is preferred but not required.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering great service.
