At the corner of the market, centrally located in the heart of Greenwich, The Admiral Hardy is your ideal British pub, bar and event space, catering to families, tourists and students alike.

The site hosts two separate events spaces and a spacious pub as well as a 7 bedroom hotel.

As a Supervisor, you play a key role in the smooth and successful operation of our business.

You will lead by example, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining a positive and safe environment for both staff and guests.

This position requires a hands‑on approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and support team members during shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Support and guide team members during shifts, fostering collaboration and a positive work environment.
  • Take charge of running individual shifts, ensuring seamless service and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure every guest has an outstanding experience, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for staff and guests.
