This stunning bar and restaurant is centrally located along the Thames in London’s exciting Greenwich. Set over two floors with a large outdoor space, the gorgeous venue features stylish interiors, an impressive frontage and remarkable river views. Complimented by a light and airy interior, The Oystercatcher offers an open-concept, all-inclusive space.

As a Chef de Partie you have a responsibility within the operation and key to the success of the business and thus must always carry yourself in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Running your allocated area of the kitchen to the highest standard
  • Supporting the head chef and sous chef in their daily tasks
  • Be involved with the production and service of all food leaving the kitchen skill level permitting
  • Ensuring that the kitchen is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, accepting, and organizing deliveries
  • Adhering to all health and safety and food safety practices, with particular attention to allergens
  • Be a positive member of the team and communicate well with others around you
