More about the Role:
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant and bar operations. This includes managing staff, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial performance. You will be the driving force behind the day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning.
Our Ideal Requirements:
- proven experience as a General Manager in a similar venue is highly desirable
- lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff
- manage budgets, monitor the site’s financial performance, and implement strategies to increase profitability
- a notable interest in fantastic food,cocktails, wine and beer
- great attention to detail, high standards and exceptional customer service skills
- develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including special events and promotions
- a proven track record of effective organisation and planning
- a can-do, enthusiastic attitude with the ability to multi-task
