Mosaic Pub & Dining is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef with rotas, ordering, stock control and menu management while ensuring all food leaving the kitchen meets high standards. You will train junior chefs and collaborate with FOH to deliver a cohesive service in a busy kitchen.
Maintain cleanliness and food safety practices, interact with customers, and uphold health and safety throughout daily operations. This is a hands-on kitchen role in a pub environment.
