We’re looking for a motivated and professional Sous Chef to play a key role in the day-to-day success of our kitchen. Working closely with the Head Chef, you’ll help oversee daily operations, including rotas, ordering, stock control, menu management, and allergen compliance. You’ll be hands-on in both the production and service of food, ensuring consistently high standards.
You’ll also take an active role in recruiting, training, and supporting junior chefs, helping to build a positive and well-organised kitchen team. Strong communication is essential, as you’ll work closely with both the front-of-house team and customers to create a smooth and welcoming service. Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, food safety, and health & safety is a must. This includes managing deliveries and ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently and safely at all times.
