Mosaic 1898 Direct Payment Support Service is assisting a lady to recruit a Personal Care Assistant. You will be employed by the individual, not Mosaic 1898. The position is for 3 nights per week, which will be a combination of waking night and sleep in hours. The rota will be completed in advance.
Shifts and Compensation:
- 2 nights: 8 waking night hours (6.00pm – 1.00am and 6.00am – 7.00am) at £13 per hour rising to £13.50 per hour on completion of Probationary Period, and 5 sleep in hours (1.00am - 6.00am) at £12.21.
- 1 night: 8.5 waking night hours (5.30pm – 1.00am and 6.00am – 7.00am) at £13.00 per hr, rising to £13.50 per hour following Probationary Period and 5 sleep in hours (1.00am - 6.00am) at £12.21 per hour.
Temporary position to the end of February for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday or Sunday nights. A temporary day shift will be considered from March for day shift cover for Maternity leave. This shift requires application of Fentanyl Patch. Total weekly hours = 39.5 hrs per week.
Duties:
- The role is to assist in all areas of personal and domestic need as required, and to act as an escort and aid to the employer’s social and day to day activities, including:
- Assist with personal care support when required.
- General household duties as necessary.
