Senior FP&A & Strategic Pricing Manager Initial 4-Month Fixed-Term Contract Up to £80,000 DOE (Pro Rata) Predominantly Remote - Tewkesbury

This is a commercially focused finance opportunity where your expertise will genuinely influence business performance. Mrwell Talent Solutions is delighted to be partnering with a highly successful international organisation to recruit an experienced Senior FP&A & Strategic Pricing Manager on an initial four-month fixed-term contract.

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this is a unique opportunity to step into a standalone, commercially focused role where you'll take ownership of strategic pricing, product costing and commercial financial analysis across a global business.

This isn't a traditional FP&A position.

It's an opportunity to become the organisation's trusted expert in pricing and profitability, partnering with senior stakeholders to influence commercial decision-making and drive business performance.

The Opportunity Joining during an important period of transition, you'll take ownership of the company's pricing and commercial finance activities, working closely with colleagues across Finance, Sales, Procurement, Operations and Product Management.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll be responsible for analysing pricing structures, product costs, margins and profitability, providing meaningful commercial insight that supports strategic decision-making across the business.

You'll work with large volumes of financial data, developing robust pricing models, evaluating commercial opportunities and ensuring pricing decisions align with wider business objectives.

Although you'll receive a handover from the current postholder, we're looking for someone who is confident working independently, can quickly establish credibility with stakeholders and is comfortable taking ownership from day one.

As this is a global organisation, you'll also collaborate with colleagues across both the UK and US, so occasional flexibility around time zones will be required.

About You We're looking for an experienced commercial finance professional who can demonstrate: A strong background within FP&A or Commercial Finance.

Proven experience in strategic pricing, pricing analysis and product costing essential Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to influence business decisions through insightful financial analysis.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with large, complex data sets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.

The confidence to work autonomously whilst building effective relationships across multiple business functions.

Experience within manufacturing, engineering, technology or another product-based environment would be highly advantageous, although candidates from other commercial sectors with relevant pricing experience are also encouraged to apply.

Experience of Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains), Power BI or SQL would be beneficial but is not essential.

Predominantly remote working.

Initial onboarding and occasional travel to the Head Office in Tewkesbury.
